CTO or Senior Software Engineer in Barcelona

Missions

•         Work with CEO to define long-term tech roadmap/strategy for existing AND new products of the company (apps, softwares related to cybersecurity)

•         From roadmap, assign mid-term and short-term objectives (sprint/agile)

•         Lead and manage the tech team

•         Work with other departments to ensure we have the tech tools to ensure delivery to our customers (licensing, tracking, KPIs etc)

•         Be hands-on (be able to contribute to at least one of the following: back-end, front-end, mobile app, etc)

Requirements

•         Programming skills: at least one of {C#/.Net, Java/Spring, javascript, Android}

•         Highly desirable: previous experience in a tech startup (and managing high-growth)

•         Knowledge of cybersecurity, encryption, cryptography is not mandatory but would be an advantage - we have other team members who master this already so they could teach you if necessary.

•         Experience with mobile apps, Agile methodology, TDD, UCD, etc.

•         You are based in or near Barcelona

•         High motivation. Ability to deliver

•         Team player

•         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
