In order to do so, we have a razor sharp and relentlessly networking business development team pounding the streets (both physical and digital) prospecting for clients. But they need help, and this is where you come in. Weâre looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Barcelona team to plan and deliver our client acquisition marketing strategy.As commercially astute as you are creatively aware, youâll engage potential clients in every way you can. Whether they read a great article about us in the paper, or receive a compelling and elegant communication through a targeted direct marketing campaign, youâll make sure to tell all the businesses we want to know about usâ¦well, all about us.What you will do? Generate a significant flow of qualified client leads (at the right price), to help us to fulfil our ambitious commercial growth targets in London Plan, test, track and iterate multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns along with the Growth Hacker Be the warrant of our PR strategy along with the PR manager, including campaign calendar, themes and communications drafting Take care of Stuart's presence in fairs and events related to its core business Own our marketing budget and ensure that we are getting the very best ROI for our spend Put in place the tools and processes required to closely track campaigns and report on their performance Manage internal and external creative and performance marketing resources to deliver exceptional campaigns Collaborate with key internal functions (Sales and Operations) to align strategy with evolving business goals RequirementsWho are you? Youâve got 4-6 years of relevant in-house or agency marketing experience, including B2B You're fluent in English and Spanish Youâve managed projects effectively, efficiently and always to time Youâre at home in an Excel model You live for brands, and love what we are doing Youâve a laser sharp critical eye to cast over creative output You know your way around social media Youâve managed people before and know how to get the best out of them You are flexible and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment BenefitsThe icing on the cake?
